This is Linchris\u2019 third big move in the Greater Boston Area in the last five weeks, after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/doubletree-by-hilton-opens-127-key-boston-rockland-hotel\/\" target=\"_blank\">opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Rockland<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hff-arranges-the-sale-of-hampton-inn-close-to-bostons-logan-airport\/\" target=\"_blank\">sale of Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 123 Old River Rd. in Andover, Mass., right off I-93\/Northern Expressway, the upscale property formerly serving as a Wyndham saw multi-million renovations prior to rebranding.
