It helps us with reach, it helps our agents, our clients, our developers, so from that perspective it was a good business decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the last few years, Citi Habitats has invested a lot of time, effort and resources to building and reimagining the company from top to bottom, rebranding the company, building state-of-the-art offices and bringing in key personnel in an effort to expand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to continue to grow and build and continue to work to enhance our services on both the sales and rental sides, as well as new developments, and I think having a larger company with more tools, resources and listings, provides a better working experience for our clients,\u201d Malin said.<\/p>\n<p>Miron\u2019s dual Union Square storefronts (84 and 90 E. 10th\u00a0St.) will also merge into Citi Habitats\u2019 existing\u00a0Manhattan\u00a0locations, with more than 100 existing agents becoming part of the Citi Habitats team.<\/p>\n<p>Citi Habitats now has approximately 900 affiliated agents and personnel, and has nine brokerage offices in the boroughs of\u00a0Manhattan\u00a0and Brooklyn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miron&#8217;s two Brooklyn locations will be rebranded as Citi Habitats offices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":451,"featured_media":1004143478,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21743,21808,1600,21742,10],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004143477","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-deals","category-featured","category-new-york","category-latest","category-northeast"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
