New York-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robert-douglas.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">RobertDouglas<\/a> represented the seller, Castleton Hotel Partners. The hotel was bought by an affiliate of CTF Development International.
