The company purchased the approximately 105,800-square-foot asset at 274 Brannan St. from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swigco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Swig Co.<\/a>, which had owned and operated the building since 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Conveniently located near the AT&amp;T Park and the Embarcadero, the property offers easy access to BART, MUNI and Caltrain stations, Highway 80, The Bay Bridge, Highway 101 and the Central Subway project. The asset is also situated close to Mission Bay\u2014a 303-acre master-planned development which houses more than 2.6 million square feet of commercial, medical and life science buildings, as well as 5,500 residential units and 49 acres of public open space. CIM Group\u2019s 350-unit luxury condominium project, One Mission Bay, is also located within the master-planned community.<\/p>\n<p>The property at 274 Brennan incorporates parking, ground floor retail and basement telecom space.
