As part of the contract, the company will oversee the overall construction of the hotel and manage all aspects of the opening and operations. The hotel, owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelexgroup.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hotelex Group<\/a>, marks the third hotel project between Hotelex and NHG.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will be located in Miami\u2019s major financial district, Brickell, on Southwest 2nd Avenue. The Residence Inn will feature 206 suites with on-site parking. Amenities will include an expanded lobby with a full-service bar, outdoor pool, and fitness area. Construction of the hotel is projected to start in the first quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>NHG also manages the newly opened 126-key <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/126-key-hampton-inn-suites-by-hilton-opens-near-orlando-medical-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hampton Inn &amp; Suites Orlando\/Downtown South-Medical Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Naples Hotel Group is a hotel development and management company founded in 1999.
