Harbor Point, a three-million-square-foot project, will include 1.6 million square feet of Class A office, 220,000 square feet of hotel, 200.000 square feet of retail, and 910 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/multifamily\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">residential units<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-appoints-svp-in-los-angeles-expands-services-into-beverly-hills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JLL<\/a>\u2019s initial efforts will focus on finding an anchor tenant for Wills Wharf, a building that will showcase 220,000 square feet of office and a 156-key <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/post\/hilton-worldwide-to-launch-new-canopy-hotel-brand-at-rockvilles-pike-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hilton Canopy Hotel<\/a>. The team will be led by JLL Greater Baltimore market director Mark Levy, SVP Terri Harrington, and VP Jon Manekin. The first Harbor Point construction to see completion was Thames Street Wharf, home to Morgan Stanley and Johns Hopkins Medicine Int\u2019l. The $165 million tower, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/harbor-point-to-host-new-constellation-headquarters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">was announced<\/a> in February 2012, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/beatty-development-officially-breaks-ground-on-harbor-point-baltimores-newest-neighborhood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broke ground<\/a>\u00a0in early 2015. Planned with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/milwaukee-office-tower-earns-leed-gold-certification\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LEED Gold<\/a> Certification in mind, the 20-story high-rise will offer 443,000 square feet of office, 40,000 square feet of retail, more than\u00a0100 residential units, and 750 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Another high-rise, this time a residential one, broke ground in January 2016. Point Street Apartments, a 17-story, 289-unit luxury apartment building, will feature a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
