Stephen Porter, principal, Kiddar Capital<\/p><\/div>\n

Washington, D.C.<\/strong>\u2014Private equity firm Kiddar Capital<\/a> recently announced it has appointed Stephen Porter as principal in its real estate group. In this role, Porter will manage Kiddar\u2019s real estate investment portfolio<\/a>, managing the execution of transactions, underwriting and seeing projects through completion.<\/p>\n

Before joining Kiddar\u2019s real estate group, Porter\u00a0worked at\u00a0real estate company Zuckerman Gravely as senior accountant and asset analyst for\u00a0more than\u00a0eight years. His role included property acquisition, refinances and asset management for a portfolio of commercial, residential<\/a>, and retail assets<\/a> worth in excess of $2 billion. Previously, he worked for 10\u00a0years as accountant with Miller Capital Management.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis depth of experience will benefit our portfolio tremendously. Stephen\u2019s talents and discerning financial skills will be critical to our continued success,\u201d said Todd Hitt, founder of Kiddar Capital, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

Falls Church, Va.-based Kiddar Capital is a private equity firm established in 2007 by real estate and construction industry veteran Todd Hitt. The firm originates structures and manages equity investments over a wide range of asset types. Since its inception, Kiddar has deployed\u00a0more than$600 million worth of capital.
