Ratner said Phase I is expected to take two years and will include the build-out and renovation of the Mary\u2019s Avenue Campus, which will provide technologically sophisticated surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic services for acute and critical care inpatients, and house an emergency department.<\/p>\n<p>Phase II would be to redevelop the Broadway Campus into the medical village, which should take another two years, and will include primary care, behavioral health and other support services.
