Miami<\/strong>\u2013The Allen Morris Company <\/a>recently announced that Nathan Hedges has joined the company as a partner and as director of development for Georgia along with Enrique Pi\u00f1eiro as director of property management and leasing.<\/p>\n

Nathan Hedges, director of development for Georgia, The Allen Morris Company<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Hedges will lead multifamily, office and mixed-use developments, with a focus on infill locations in Atlanta\u2019s urban core. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience in managing commercial development and construction in Atlanta and South Carolina. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Hedges was president of Spectrum Real Estate Services.<\/p>\n

\u201cNathan\u2019s experience and local insight are invaluable to our firm as we continue to pursue niche development opportunities in Georgia,\u201d said W. Allen Morris, chairman and CEO of The Allen Morris Company in a statement for the press. \u201cThere are numerous submarkets, especially in Atlanta, that have great potential for needed multifamily, office and mixed-use developments.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, Hedges worked with Archstone and Holder Properties. He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n

Pi\u00f1eiro will oversee the company\u2019s portfolio of properties and ensures that they are fully leased, maintained and operated in accordance with the company\u2019s standards. Pi\u00f1eiro has more than 28 years of experience in South Florida\u2019s commercial real estate market, including investment sales, leasing, financial analysis, property management and mortgage lending. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company, Pi\u00f1eiro owned Ros Realty Group, Inc.<\/a>, a full-service commercial and residential real estate brokerage.<\/p>\n

\u201cI look forward to continuing The Allen Morris Company\u2019s decades-long tradition of providing comprehensive, high-quality property management services and leasing expertise to institutional and private owners,\u201d said Pi\u00f1eiro in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

Pi\u00f1eiro graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor\u2019s degree in finance and real estate, and is currently pursuing his master\u2019s degree in international real estate. He is a licensed real estate broker, real estate instructor and community association manager in the state of Florida, as well as a licensed mortgage loan originator.<\/p>\n

Pi\u00f1eiro is actively involved in the South Florida community and volunteers at several organizations. Most recently, he was appointed as vice chair of the Miami-Dade County Affordable Housing Advisory Board for 2016-2017, and as a member of the Miami-Dade County Municipal Advisory Committee serving District 11 for 2016-2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
