Atlanta\u2014<\/strong>PM Realty Group<\/a> recently announced it has been tasked with the leasing of Atlanta’s Platinum Tower<\/a>\u2014a Class A, 17-story, 312,591-square-foot office building at 400 Interstate N. Parkway, while also being selected property manager of the 63,500-square-foot Kenmar Medical Center in Marietta.<\/p>\n

PM Realty\u2019s Scott Rees, Zach Wooten and Bill Weghorst will lead the leasing assignment for the Platinum Tower on behalf of owner Accesso Partners<\/a>, while Stephen Clifton and Zach Wooten are handling leasing for Kenmar Medical Plaza, with Mike Laney overseeing property management functions.<\/p>\n

Platinum Tower<\/p><\/div>\n

The LEED Certified and ENERGY STAR-rated Platinum Tower is one of the few buildings in the Cumberland\/Galleria submarket that could handle a 100,000-rentable-square-foot requirement with top of building signage. The building offers a strong mix of amenities, including 24-hour security with key-card access, conference room, 2,500-square-foot fitness center and on-site caf\u00e9, as well as a seven-story, glass-clad parking structure and lush landscaping.<\/p>\n

Platinum Tower offers easy access to both the I-75 and I-285 and is conveniently located nearby Cumberland Mall, the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center, the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area and SunTrust Park\/The Battery.<\/p>\n

Kenmar Medical Center<\/p><\/div>\n

The four-story Kenmar Medical Center was acquired by Keel Funds<\/a> in January 2016 and is located at 833 Campbell Hill St. within the city’s Kennesaw\/Town Center submarket. Situated directly across the street from the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital campus, the property offers easy access to both Interstate 75 and Cobb Parkway. Additionally, it is centrally located near the area\u2019s best shopping outlets and some of the metro area’s best schools.<\/p>\n

\u201cKenmar Medical Center is one of the best located medical office buildings in metro Atlanta due to its proximity to WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center,\u201d Stephen Clifton, PMRG vice president of leasing, said in a statement.<\/p>\n
