The buyer is a private out-of-state 1031 investor, secured and represented by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themansourgroup.com\/index.cfm\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Mansour Group<\/a> in Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s San Diego office.<\/p>\n<p>Golden Corral is a prototype restaurant that sits on 2.80 acres at 12509 North Lamar Blvd. and encompasses 14,039 net-leased square feet.
