The skyscraper is located in the vicinity of the planned Transbay Transit Center and Caltrans rail. Following the completion of this project, as well Kilroy\u2019s 333 Brannan development, the company will own a San Francisco office portfolio of approximately 2.8 million square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.som.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Skidmore, Owings &amp; Merrill<\/a>, the project was built by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webcor.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Webcor Builders<\/a>, while Environmental Building Services executed the commissioning work.
