San Diego <\/strong>\u2013 The Horizon Tech Center in San Diego recently expanded its tenant roster after owner KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II<\/a> completed a new leasing agreement. New tenant Ingenu<\/a> is a company that focuses in connectivity solutions for devices that connect to the ever-growing Internet of Things.<\/p>\n

Horizon Tech Center<\/p><\/div>\n

Ingenu inked a deal for 27,855 square feet of office space at the tech center. JLL<\/a> representative Jay Alexander handled KBS REIT II\u2019s end of the transaction, while the new tenant was represented by Colliers International<\/a>\u2019s Ron Miller.<\/p>\n

The tenant is working on its Machine Network project, the largest IoT network that will be aimed at providing connectivity for machine-to-machine devices.<\/p>\n

Located at 10301, 10325 & 10343 Meanley Drive, the Horizon Tech Center offers a total of 157,884 square feet of space. The three LEED Gold-certified office buildings were developed in 2008 and occupy an 11.35-acre site in San Diego\u2019s Scripps Ranch community, offering great proximity to the I-15.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
