Houston<\/strong>\u2014Crow Holdings Industrial<\/a> recently broke ground on a new business park in Stafford, a city within the\u00a0Houston\u2013The Woodlands\u2013Sugar Land\u00a0metropolitan area. The facility is scheduled to open\u00a0in the third quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n

Stafford Grove Industrial Park<\/p><\/div>\n

Totaling 351,960 square feet, Stafford Grove Industrial Park will consist of three buildings: a 95,400-square-foot rear-load building; a 165,000-square-foot cross-dock building; and a 91,560-square-foot front-load building.<\/p>\n

Stafford Grove Industrial Park\u2019s location provides direct access to major thoroughfares Highway 59 and Beltway 8. Amenities at the industrial facility include an ESFR sprinkler system, 24\u2019-30\u2019 clear heights and ample trailer storage.<\/p>\n

Stream Realty Partners<\/a> has been selected to be in charge of leasing and management of the Stafford Grove Industrial Park. Rosenberger Construction <\/a>is the general contractor on the project.<\/p>\n
