William Crooker, CFO & EVP, STAG Industrial<\/p><\/div>\n

Boston<\/strong>\u2014Real estate investment trust STAG Industrial Inc.<\/a> just announced the promotion of William Crooker as chief financial officer, executive vice president & treasurer. The move comes right after the departure of Geoffrey Jervis, previous CFO, EVP & treasurer.<\/p>\n

\u201cBill brings both continuity and demonstrated competence to the CFO role. He has long been an instrumental member of the STAG team, and we expect a seamless transition. The elevation of Bill Crooker to CFO is a demonstration of the depth of the STAG team,\u201d said Benjamin Butcher, CEO of the company, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

William Crooker has been with the Boston-based REIT since its inception and previously served as the company\u2019s CAO & SVP of capital markets. Prior to this, he worked for STAG Industrial\u2019s predecessor, STAG Capital Partners LLC, where he was in charge of accounting, taxes, and financial reporting. His track record also includes eight years with KPMG LLC, having held various positions with a specific focus on publicly traded REITs. Crooker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bentley University and is a certified public accountant.<\/p>\n

Bay State-headquartered STAG Industrial Inc. is a real estate investment trust with a portfolio that covers 38 states and more than 54 million square feet of rentable space.
