Travelers Rest, S.C.<\/strong>\u2014San Francisco-based Ehmer Group<\/a>, a member of Hotel Brokers International<\/a>, recently sold The Sleep Inn located at 110 Hawkins Road in Travelers Rest, S.C.<\/p>\n

A Choice Hotels<\/a>-branded property, The Sleep Inn is a three-story hotel with 60 guestrooms situated on a 1.7-acre lot in close proximity to Interstate 25. The hotel is located nearby downtown Greenville and only 17 miles from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. The hotel offers amenities such as a smoke-free policy, outdoor swimming pool, free high-speed internet and complimentary breakfast. Average rates for a standard room range between $66 and $100.<\/p>\n

Following the sale secured by Richard Ehmer, president of The Ehmer Group, the hotel will be converted into a Best Western<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“This hotel transaction presents the new owner with the opportunity to reposition this hotel in a market that has continued to grow over the past several years. Being so close to Greenville, the hotel and the area of Travelers Rest will no doubt benefit from this expanding economy. The Ehmer Group is honored to continue to serve our clients and watch as they grow, succeed and flourish in new markets,” said Ehmer in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n
