Dallas<\/strong>\u2014Lakeside Trade Center recently named Stream Realty Partners<\/a> the exclusive property manager for the four-building complex. Totaling 1.8 million square feet of rentable space, Lakeside Trade Center currently has nine tenants and is located at F.M. 2499 and Enterprise Drive in Flower Mound.<\/p>\n

Lakeside Trade Center is owned by Clarion Partners, on behalf of a commingled fund. The portfolio is situated in close proximity to DFW International Airport<\/a>. The property\u2019s tenant base comprises BFS Services Inc.<\/a>, Integrity Retail Distribution<\/a>, LG Hausys America Inc.<\/a>, Nature\u2019s Best and T & L Holding Corp.<\/p>\n

Stream\u2019s property management team in charge of the project includes Tara Elmasri, Sara Baker, Ross Hurt and Alex Alarcon.
