The acquisition is part of the Atlanta-based retail owner and operator&#8217;s long-term strategy to acquire and develop urban properties in rapidly growing areas.<\/p>\n<p>Anchored by parking operator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spplus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">SP Plus Corp.<\/a>, North America&#8217;s largest parking operatior, most of the asset\u2019s square footage is taken up by the\u00a0parking garage. The additional 34,000 square feet of retail and office space is home to tenants like Pitty Pat&#8217;s Porch, Fire of Brazil and Jalapeno Charlie&#8217;s. The property also includes three digital billboards.
