CCG provides operational consulting services to Cresa\u2019s offices and clients worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>A Marietta resident, Estep serves as CCG managing principal &amp; global director, and he founded the predecessor of CCG, an independent company known as Honour Consulting in 1999. The firm includes a large staff of industry professionals located at multiple sites throughout the country and their process aligns operations, labor, technology, supply chain and logistics with location planning to deliver real estate solutions that support the long-term business strategy. Prior to Honour, Estep was the corporate materials management manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ups.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">UPS<\/a> for 16 years. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Economics with a minor in finance from The University of Georgia and serves on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>Ryder, who lives in Atlanta, serves as Principal for CCG. He was previously director of operations at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellstar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">WellStar Health System<\/a> and a strategy consultant at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.choa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Children&#8217;s Healthcare of Atlanta<\/a>. He also served as the senior managing director of consulting at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngkf.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Newmark Grubb Knight Frank<\/a> in Atlanta for nine years.
