An adjacent 65,092-square-foot, grade level warehouse has 26-foot minimum clear height and drive-through loading.<\/p>\n<p>The development, entirely fenced and paved, includes an additional 15,320 square-foot warehouse building, a 580-square-foot guard house, as well as a helicopter hangar and landing pad. The property was built to a category 5 hurricane rating.<\/p>\n<p>Neighboring tenants in the Madison Industrial Park include Coca Cola, HD Supply, Florida Automotive Distributors, Dealer Tire, and American Tire Distributors.
