Friedman brokered the sale through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.auction.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Auction.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/rebusinessonline.com\/friedman-brokers-sale-of-105717-sf-medical-office-building-north-of-detroit\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">REBusinessOnline<\/a>, Friedman also represented the buyer, Esox Exploration LLC.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in the mid-1990s, the three-story medical office building is located on 7.79 acres at 6770 Dixie Highway, north of M-15 and with easy access to I-75 and Dixie Highway (US-24). The asset offers 105,717 square feet of medical office space that yields around $15 per square foot annually.
