The 11-asset portfolio was acquired by an affiliate of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinetreecommercial.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Pine Tree Commercial Realty<\/a>, at an undisclosed price, from an anonymous seller.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrocery-anchored retail centers remain the product of choice for most investors,\u201d Chris Gerard, senior vice president at CBRE, said in prepared remarks. \u201cThe centers are located in some of the best suburbs in the Metroplex with stellar demographics\u2014the average household income across the portfolio is $104,000 and the average population is 94,000\u2014which will support steady occupancy over the long-term.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The portfolio boasts 97 percent occupancy and includes the following assets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heritage Heights in Colleyville;<\/li>\n<li>Park West Plaza in Southlake;<\/li>\n<li>Flower Mound Crossing, The Highlands in Flower Mound;<\/li>\n<li>Cross Timbers Court in Lewisville;<\/li>\n<li>Josey Oaks Crossing in Carrolton;<\/li>\n<li>Hunter\u2019s Glen Crossing, Suncreek Village and 14<sup>th<\/sup> Street Market in Plano;<\/li>\n<li>Shiloh Square in Garland;<\/li>\n<li>Pioneer Plaza in Mesquite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each retail center is anchored by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomthumb.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Tom Thumb<\/a> traditional grocery store.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CBRE has completed the sale of an 11-property grocery-anchored retail portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":192,"featured_media":1004133599,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1586,21743,21742,21749],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1004133598","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-dallas","category-deals","category-latest","category-retail"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.0 (Yoast SEO v28.0) -
