Phase I of the massive project included the opening of the new Jackson Gap Street, which will provide immediate access to the airport and serve as throughway for residents of Aurora and Adams County. A&amp;C Properties invested $13 million into the development of the new street and the supporting infrastructure, without resorting to public funding.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forumre.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Forum Real Estate Group<\/a> also finalized the <a href=\"https:\/\/diapark.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">ParkDIA<\/a> project, a 7,500-space, state-of-the-art parking complex. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.us.jll.com\/united-states\/en-us\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">JLL<\/a> is in charge of marketing the asset to investors and developers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe commitment to regionalism by elected officials in Denver, Adams County and Aurora has resulted in this roadway and a new southern entrance to DIA,\u201d Bill Wichterman, vice president &amp; general counsel of A&amp;C, said in a statement. \u201cWith the construction of this new south entrance to DIA, we have connected Adams County and Aurora to the massive economic engine that is the Denver International Airport, the fifth busiest airport in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located at the northeast corner of Jackson Gap Street and 64<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue, the project is just two miles away from DIA\u2019s main terminal and the new, 519-key Westin Hotel and light rail station.
