Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group announced the banking giant was purchasing approximately 500,000 square feet of office space to Manhattan\u2019s West Side. Wells Fargo Securities plans to move its NYC employees into nine floors in the flagship tower by 2020. Wells Fargo Securities is the third commercial office tenant to plan a move to 30 Hudson Yards and joining the financial firm are Time Warner and KKR.<\/p>\n<p>The LEED Gold 90-story tower will stand 1,296 feet tall and offer state-of-the-art commercial office space the company\u2019s employees and clients. Its space will feature two trading floors, more than 75,000 square feet each, which will be among the largest and most advanced in the city. Wells Fargo Securities will also occupy seven upper office floors, with river-to-river panoramic views<\/p>\n<p>Tim Sloan, Wells Fargo\u2019s president and COO, said, \u201cWe are excited to be moving Wells Fargo Securities\u2019 New York headquarters to 30 Hudson Yards. Our move into this vibrant new development reinforces our continued commitment to our investment banking and securities business and to New York City. 30 Hudson Yards is part of a lively neighborhood in New York City that will be a great fit for our clients and team members.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stephen M.
