Concierge Auctions<\/a>,\u00a0the luxury real estate marketplace, has a new address that reflects its goal of expanding its marketing and technology headquarters.<\/p>\n

The new location at 800 Brazos in downtown Austin is part of a strategy to build its in-house talent pool and develop cutting-edge marketing, software and data-driven initiatives.<\/p>\n

Todd Gilfillan and Michael Bullard of CBRE<\/a> secured the new space, which was previously occupied by Mass Relevance before its merger last year with Spredfast.<\/p>\n

“This is an important move, as we now have a custom-designed environment to support and inspire our team as our business continues to scale,” said Concierge Auctions’ founder and president\u00a0Laura Brady in a statement. “We will soon surpass\u00a0$1 billion\u00a0in sales, and while we already service 27 U.S. states and six countries, we are poised to double our annual productivity in 2016.”<\/p>\n

At more than 9,000 square feet, Concierge Auctions’ new space is three times as large as its previous location at 1308 East 7th<\/sup> St., and can accommodate up 75 employees. The office features an open-concept environment with sit-to-stand desks, four conference rooms, and four \u201chotel\u201d offices, which allow for private group meetings or individual retreat. Amenities feature living room-style settings with sofas, a beanbag area, a bistro, and a Ping-Pong table.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Concierge Auctions is the largest corporate account in Austin that offers on-demand parking service provided by Luxe. The San Francisco-based service offers valet pick-up and drop-off to all staff members.<\/p>\n

“Austin\u00a0has emerged as a national hub for creativity and technology, especially as it relates to growing, innovative companies,” said\u00a0Chad Roffers, chairman of Concierge Auctions. “Our expansion to\u00a0Austin\u00a0paid immediate dividends, allowing us to draw from a deep pool of top tier software and marketing professionals.”<\/p>\n
