Castro Station is 100 percent occupied, and its tenant roster consists of nine tech-related companies.<\/p>\n<p>The deal was brokered by an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hfflp.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HFF<\/a> team consisting of Steven Golubchik, a senior managing director; Michael Leggett, co-head of HFF&#8217;s national office investment sales platform; and Ben Bullock, a director at the firm. SFF Realty was advised by PSAI Realty Partners.<\/p>\n<p>With proximity to the Mountain View Baby Bullet Caltrain Station, as well as access to the 101, 82, 85, and 237 highways, Castro Station offers an attractive setting in Mountain View\u2019s core. Also nearby are such points of interest as Stanford University, HP, Google, LinkedIn and Amazon.
