Local company Bamboo Equity Partners<\/a> has closed on the purchase of a 19,000-square-foot shopping center in Festus, Mo., roughly 34 miles from St. Louis. The firm selected Intelica CRE<\/a> of Chesterfield, Mo. to provide professional brokerage services in the deal. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n

Located at 332-356 Festus Centre Drive in Jefferson County, the two-building retail center is home to tenants such as Edward Jones, Vantage Credit Union and Berkshire\/Hathaway. The area is also home to big box retailers such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Home Depot.<\/p>\n

Intelica has also been appointed by Bamboo Equity Partners to manage the property and handle future leasing and client representation services.<\/p>\n

Bamboo Equity Partners currently manages over $450 million worth of real estate assets across nine Midwestern states.<\/p>\n
