Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that the Building Owners and Managers Association of Tampa Bay (BOMA) has recognized Tampa City Center as the Earth Award winner for the 2015 Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) awards.<\/p>\n
The TOBY awards honor outstanding commercial real estate properties and industry personnel. The prestigious Earth Award recognizes the building with the highest standards of which at least 50% of the building and building management team preserve and enhance the internal and external environment through green and sustainable programs.<\/p>\n
Key components and accomplishments of Tampa City Center\u2019s award-winning program include a focus on: 1) Reduction of Environmental Risk 2) Indoor Air Quality and Green Cleaning 3) Waste Recycling and 4) Resource Conservation.<\/p>\n
