The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hfflp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">HFF<\/a> investment sales team led by Senior Managing Director Barry Brown and directors Amy Sands and Clinton Mitchell represented the seller in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located on 14.55 acres at 8628 N. Boardwalk Ave., at the intersection of Missouri Highway and Interstate 29, The Shops at Boardwalk was fully leased at the time of sale. The center\u2019s tenant roster includes Gold\u2019s Gym, Jos. A.
