Prior to joining <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sterlingorganization.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sterling Organization<\/a>, Milgram was an associate at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ackmanziff.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group<\/a> in New York City. While at Ackman-Ziff, he participated in the underwriting and execution of over $500 million of closed debt, joint venture equity, and investment sale transactions of office and retail properties. Previously, as a college and graduate school student, Milgram held internship positions with Forest City Ratner, Robert K. Futterman &amp; Associates and The Shopping Center Group. He graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a bachelor\u2019s degree in history and received a master\u2019s in real estate finance from Georgetown University.<\/p>\n<p>Milgram\u2019s new responsibilities as vice president, investments \u2013 Florida at Sterling Organization will include sourcing and executing acquisitions throughout the state.  He will also be assisting with strategic corporate initiatives and special projects pursued by Sterling Organization.
