The 1,359,110 SF, 51 story, Class A office building traded for $500,000,000 in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3 <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=12742\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">18-28 W 33 Street, Manhattan<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Buyer: <\/strong>20 West 33RD Street Property Owner LLC C\/O The Carlyle Group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seller:<\/strong> 33RD Equities Company LLC C\/O Kamber Management Company<\/p>\n<p>20 West 33<sup>rd<\/sup> Street Property Owner LLC and the Carlyle Group scooped up 18-28 W 33 Street, the 153,265 SF office building in Koreatown.
