Fueled by steady population and job growth, real estate development in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/apartments-for-rent\/us\/co\/denver\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Denver<\/a> metro shows no signs of slowing down. National apartment search website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">RENTCaf\u00e9<\/a> turned to Google Street View to help them identify just how much the city has changed over the last few years. With their help, we\u2019ve put together a list of some of the most significant additions to arise on Denver\u2019s horizon:<\/p>\n<p><em>Drag the arrow back and forth to see the changes.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Four Seasons Hotel &amp; Private Residences<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/Content\/Marketing\/timelapse\/Denver\/1-Four-Seasons-Hotel.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Built in 2010 on an empty parking lot at 1111 14<sup>th<\/sup> St. in Denver\u2019s downtown area, the $350 million project is the fourth tallest building in the city. Developed by local company Teatro Tower LLC, the tower incorporates 239 guestrooms and 102 luxury residences on 45 floors.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Spire<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/Content\/Marketing\/timelapse\/Denver\/2-Spire.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The 42-story tower at 891 14<sup>th<\/sup> St. was developed by Nichols Partnership back in 2009, and features 493 residential units and 9,000 square feet of retail space.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Embassy Suites Denver Downtown \u2013 Convention Center<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/Content\/Marketing\/timelapse\/Denver\/3-Embassy-Suites-Denver.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Located right across the Colorado Convention Center at 1420 Stout St., this 17-story, 403-key hotel made its debut in late 2010 and was the first LEED Silver-certified hotel in the city. The property <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/embassy-suites-hotel-changes-hands-in-downtown-denver\/\" target=\"_blank\">recently sold to Carey Watermark Investors 2<\/a> of New York City.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>1800 Larimer<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/Content\/Marketing\/timelapse\/Denver\/6-1800-Larimer-Street.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The first LEED Platinum-certified high-rise in Denver, the 22-story, 500,000-square-foot office building was also developed in 2010 by the Westfield Co. Controversial for its unruly design, 1800 Larimer was the first high-rise office project to land in Denver\u2019s central business district in more than two decades.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The Pinnacle at City Park South Tower 2<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rentcafe.com\/Content\/Marketing\/timelapse\/Denver\/7-The-Pinnacle.html\" width=\"100%\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Part of Opus Corp.\u2019s two-tower residential development south of Denver\u2019s City Park, the 22-story, Phase II tower was built in 2009 and features 98 luxurious units and two penthouses.<\/p>\n<p><em>Interested in seeing the rest of the properties redefining the Denver skyline?
