We need to see the development of transparent, repeatable, and verifiable mechanisms to support the market, and to support confidence in green outcomes. The Climate Bonds Standards and Certification scheme is one of these,&#8221; said Dr Matthew Bell, Oceania Leader, Climate Change and Sustainability Services at Ernst &amp; Young, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEY\u2019s own purpose, to Build a Better Working World, underlines how we work and partner with other organisations. We will be working with the Climate Bonds Initiative to mobilize capital markets for climate change solutions,&#8221; Bell continued.<\/p>\n<p>Climate Bonds CEO Sean Kidney said,<strong> <\/strong>\u201cEY has been a leader in a wide range of climate, carbon and sustainability initiatives,\u201d in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have already joined us as an <a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.proofpoint.com\/v2\/url?u=http-3A__www.climatebonds.net_standards_assurance&amp;d=AwMFaQ&amp;c=011sAuWmEGuAVOWaydfJsXUtF8vM85JvnaIeBF_SZL4&amp;r=tmbYChIRdqmyrJ_UtAITBqlO3MFP3PzAFJ2_jWATgQo&amp;m=epgGxa9zXT_evOKLyB4Tt_CmJ8BYCV64BzPSiCzfON0&amp;s=tZ09PPjmoTAkiVEO9PnBjRYErKTOvPrmxVXisSVfOZk&amp;e=\" rel=\"nofollow\">Approved Verifier<\/a> for the Climate Bonds Standards, the internationally recognised screening and certification process for Green Bonds.
