Our business model is centered in a constant push to bring more efficiency to our brokers and the marketplace with technology playing a central role,\u201d said Hessam Nadji, senior executive vice president.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Marcus &amp; Millichap, Sayward worked for Colliers International, where he was the head of global business applications for five years.
