The leasing team was led by Principal Derrick Moore and Associate Amit Parekh.<\/p>\n<p>The 303-unit high-rise is located at 888 S. Olive St. in an area of the city that includes the financial district, as well as South Park, two of the fastest growing neighborhoods in DTLA. The property opened its doors in June 2015.<\/p>\n<p>SoulCycle inked a 15-year agreement for 4,177 square feet at Level that will begin in mid-2016. Sakana Sushi is slated to occupy 2,601 square feet of space at the tower, with a decade-long agreement in place. The opening date for the dining spot has not been released as of yet. Cognoscenti Coffee will occupy its space earlier than the other new tenants.
