Little Tokyo Master of Chicago, while the Federal Public Defenders Office was advised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa.gov\/portal\/category\/100000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GSA<\/a>. Following the renewal, Anthony pointed out that the team was \u201cable to negotiate strong market terms, ultimately providing continued stability and value to our client for another decade.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located at 321 E. 2<sup>nd<\/sup> St. in downtown L.A.\u2019s Little Tokyo Historic District, the 10-story building is fully leased to the GSA. The building offers a total of 50,130 square feet of office space and occupies a 0.25-acre site.
