The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-az\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office<\/a> has announced that it has renewed its commitment to stay on at the Renaissance Square office asset in downtown Phoenix. The space is located on floors 15-18 of the property\u2019s second tower and houses roughly 280 staff, including 120 of the office\u2019s attorneys. Located at 2 North Central Ave. and 40 North Central Ave. in the city\u2019s core, the office property currently has LEED Gold 2015 certification form the USGBC, and has received the ENERGY STAR every year starting with 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Renaissance Square consists of two red granite-covered office towers that were completed in 1987 and 1989, and is the work of architecture firm Emery, Roth &amp; Sons. The asset was acquired by Hines back in 2008 from a venture between The Pauls Corporation and GE Asset Management. The property offers a total of 965,508 square feet of office space, with the 27-story Two Renaissance Square having 473,392 square feet.
