The project\u2019s initial capacity will be around 420,000 barrels per year.<\/p>\n<p>Both the landlord and the tenant were represented in the transaction by JLL team members Paul Sablock, Nicole Welch and Peter McWilliams.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, 10th Street Center provides immediate access to the I-210 and I-605 freeways, as well as nearby I-5 and SR-57 freeways. The property is also a gateway to major logistics hubs via the Ports of Los Angeles\/Long Beach as well as Los Angeles\/Ontario International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport.
