Recently the German-based investment firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthcap.com\/en\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>WealthCap<\/strong><\/a> acquired two buildings in Los Gatos that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflix.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Netflix<\/a><\/strong> will make its future global headquarters.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_362317\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Netflix-Los-Gatos.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-362317\" title=\"Netflix Los Gatos\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Netflix-Los-Gatos.jpg\" alt=\"121 Albright Way\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">121 Albright Way<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Located in the LG Business Park at 121 and 131 Albright Way, near the intersection of Route 85 and Winchester Boulevard, the low-rise steel-framed facilities total 260,979 square feet of space. Also part of the 15-acre campus are 664 spaces of surface parking plus a parking garage that can accommodate 930 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities at WealthCap\u2019s newly acquired assets include modern finishes, central core design, 11-foot finished ceilings, two-story atrium lobbies, a reception area, perimeter conference rooms, 7,000 square feet of outdoor patios and rooftop solar panels.<\/p>\n<p>Another key feature of the property is an auditorium, which will come in handy for hosting exclusive premieres as Netflix expands its original programming.
