Nashville\u2019s most expensive office address welcomes a new tenant. Chicago-based Industrious<\/a><\/strong> has recently signed a lease for a piece of Gulch Crossing<\/a>, according to the Nashville Business Journal<\/a>. <\/em><\/p>\n

Industrious will lease approximately 18,000 square feet in the eight-story office building located at 1033 Demonbreun St. The company offers social offices for freelancers, growing start-ups and small businesses of up to 10 people, without having a long-term lease policy. Other promised amenities include concierge service, conference rooms, mail services, high-internet speed, coffee bar and lounge, collaboration space, relaxation rooms and evening lectures and events.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s location in Nashville\u2019s LEED neighborhood The Gulch<\/a> positions Industrious in a dynamic urban neighborhood located on the edge of the city\u2019s central business district. With Industrious making Gulch Crossing their home, the 205,000-square-foot class A office facility is now 86 percent leased.<\/p>\n

Industrious has offices in Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Columbus, and plans to open new locations in Raleigh, Denver, Detroit, Minneapolis and Austin.<\/p>\n
