The office phase will follow and office condos will be available for sale or lease.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/stcroixcra.com\/\">St. Croix Capital Advisors<\/a> handles marketing, sales, and leasing. Jay Macliver of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategic-cm.com\/main\/index.htm\">Construction Strategies Management Group<\/a>, a sister company of the brokerage firm, is overseeing construction.
