The diversified Atlanta-based firm has just made its local debut with the acquisition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityview-austin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">City View Apartments<\/a>, a multifamily community located in the Southeast submarket.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cThe Austin market has seen significant demand for new multifamily product during the past five years,\u201d Steven DeFrancis<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0CEO of Cortland Partners, said<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in a statement. \u201cThe city continues to attract new residents, jobs and economic growth, resulting in increased demand and continued low vacancy.\u201d Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Located at 4900 Oltorf Drive, City View Apartments is in a neighborhood revitalized by young professionals drawn to abundant choices of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops; recreational opportunities offered by Lady Bird Lake and other attractions; and proximity to the city\u2019s downtown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The 308-unit community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 679 square feet to 1,386 square feet.
