Located within the Metrocenter submarket at 10400 N. 25th Ave., the center is owned by Crown West Realty, and is currently 50 percent leased.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_361842\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Corporate-Center.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-361842\" title=\"Corporate Center \" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Corporate-Center.jpg\" alt=\"Corporate Center \" width=\"300\" height=\"175\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Corporate Center<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tim Whittemore and Mike Sayre, both senior directors with Cushman &amp; Wakefield, acted on behalf of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crownwest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Crown West Realty<\/strong><\/a>, while Todd Noel with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colliers.com\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Colliers<\/strong><\/a> represented Avesis. The healthcare company relocate into the new space in October, vacating its current headquarters and regional sales office at 3030 N. Central Ave. and 4451 E.
