{"id":1004127949,"date":"2015-09-22T10:33:11","date_gmt":"2015-09-22T18:33:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/?p=361451"},"modified":"2022-12-07T04:23:17","modified_gmt":"2022-12-07T12:23:17","slug":"three-times-lucky-houston-retail-asset-obtains-third-financing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/three-times-lucky-houston-retail-asset-obtains-third-financing\/","title":{"rendered":"Three Times Lucky: Houston Retail Asset Obtains Third Financing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>By Liviu Oltean, Associate Editor<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A Texas-based commercial mortgage banking company announced that it has arranged a $44 million financing for the Centre at Bunker Hill, a 430,820-square-foot Class A retail property in Houston.<\/p>\n<p>According to the announcement, the financing was secured by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.q10capital.com\/\"><strong>Q10 Kinghorn, Driver, Hough &amp; Co.<\/strong><\/a> (Q10 KDH) through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northwesternmutual.com\/\"><strong>Northwestern Mutual<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_361452\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\" style=\"width: 310px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Centre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-361452\" title=\"Centre at Bunker Hill\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/Centre.jpg\" alt=\"Centre at Bunker Hill\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Centre at Bunker Hill<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very fortunate to have placed the financing for this premier property three separate times since its initial development. Our initial financing was placed on behalf of the original developer, next we financed a portion of the property when the current owner Smithco Development acquired Centre at Bunker Hill and now with the consolidation of debt on the property,\u201d Matt Franke, Q10 KDH vice president, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre at Bunker Hill is a multi-anchor retail property that is currently fully leased.
