Bobby Speir previously served as lead fund manager of UNC Kenan-Flagler\u2019s real estate private equity fund.<\/p>\n<p>Along with Bobby Speir, Crosland Southeast hired a new director of finance and accounting to expand its financial oversight and strategy.
