Clarke FAIA, RIBA, JIA<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Senior Principal Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westonurban.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Weston Urban<\/a> and its development partner KDC have chosen an architecture firm to lead the design of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cities\/san-antonio\/proposed-new-tower-to-transform-san-antonio-skyline\/1004118792.html\">Frost Tower<\/a> in San Antonio. Based out of New Haven, Connecticut, <a href=\"https:\/\/pcparch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects<\/a>&nbsp;will orchestrate the design of the approximately 400,000 square-foot office tower, which will be Frost Bank\u2019s headquarters and the first new office tower on the San Antonio skyline in 25 years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Construction of the project is expected to start in late 2016 and finish by 2018 or 2019 with Pelli Clarke Pelli Senior Principal Fred Clarke and Principal Bill Butler leading the development. The Texas-based KDC has been appointed as developer, while&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alamoarchitects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Alamo Architects<\/a>&nbsp;will serve as the local consulting architects.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_361476\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 305px;\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/William-E.-Butler-AIA-LEED-AP-Principal-Pelli-Clarke-Pelli-Architects.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-361476\" title=\"William E.
