Charlotte welcomes a new 123-room hotel in its Ballantyne Area. OHM Hotels<\/a>\u00a0broke ground on a four-floor Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel located at the intersection of HWY 521 & Providence Road West.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Ballantyne market is a great fit for the Holiday Inn Express brand due to our hotel\u2019s convenient location near Ballantyne Corporate Park with over 5 million square feet of Class A Office space and still growing. Surrounded by more than 300 companies represents great opportunity. We look forward to providing our guests with unmatched comfort and convenience at a great value,\u201d said CEO Alkesh Patel.<\/p>\n

A range of amenities are planned for the new development such as a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 1,300 square feet of flexible meeting space.<\/p>\n

This hotel is part of 13 acres of mixed-use led by York Development Group<\/a> of Charlotte. The entire development will feature office space, grocery store, bank, retail, and hotel. The hotel is slated to open in late 2016.<\/p>\n
