WaterWalk Hotel Apartments<\/a>\u00a0has selected a location for its first WaterWalk-branded community in Tennessee. The new development will offer 138 apartment units that are scheduled to break ground in May 2016.<\/p>\n

Located at the intersection of Perimeter Place Drive and Century Boulevard, the new WaterWalk development will offer residents easy access to downtown Nashville<\/a>, Opry Mills Mall and The Grand Ole Opry.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen choosing sites we want to acquire for the brand, we only pursue the best locations that exhibit a strong corporate presence combined with immediate area livability,\u201d David Redfern, president of WaterWalk Real Estate & Franchise Development, said in a prepared statement. \u201cThis location is situated near the highly-trafficked intersection of Interstate 40 and McGavock Pike, as well as the Nashville International Airport. Major corporations headquartered nearby include Genesco Inc., Bridgestone Tires, and Gibson Guitars.\u201d<\/p>\n

WaterWalk Hotel Apartments will offer fully-furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations through WaterWalk\u2019s Gold Package, with amenities such as free gym memberships, 24\/7 shuttle and concierge services, a fire pit in the outdoor community area, in-room breakfast, housekeeping, DirecTV with premium channels, Internet, on-site storage, and convenient parking.<\/p>\n
