Hand-picked for its distinctive character and appeal to travelers seeking local discovery, the Asheville Foundry Inn is a 92-room hotel expected to open by December of 2016.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/The-Asheville-Foundry-Inn-Curio-Collection-by-Hilton.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-361140 alignright\" title=\"The Asheville Foundry Inn, Curio Collection by Hilton\" src=\"https:\/\/synd.yardi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2015\/09\/The-Asheville-Foundry-Inn-Curio-Collection-by-Hilton.jpg\" alt=\"The Asheville Foundry Inn, Curio Collection by Hilton\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Asheville Foundry Inn, Curio Collection by Hilton will be comprised of five connected buildings offering a range of amenities such as a 100-seat restaurant, a 3,500-square-foot lounge with a library and fireplaces, a 3,600-square-foot luxury spa and fitness center, and approximately 3,000 square feet of functional meeting and event space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCurio properties come in all shapes and sizes, and The Asheville Foundry Inn will be one of the most distinct,\u201d said Matt Wehling, senior vice president, development \u2013 North America, Hilton Worldwide. \u201cWhile it will be a new hotel, it will keep the inimitable look and feel of the buildings that have called the neighborhood home for many years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The hotel will preserve existing buildings in the downtown area to maintain the character and spirit of the local community.
