After the recent announcement that a trio of companies plans to build a triangular, mixed-use building at 301 Florida Ave. NE, it has come to light that another development team is getting ready to start work on another mixed-use development, this time at 1200 3rd St. NE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trammellcrow.com\/EN\/Pages\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Trammell Crow Co.<\/a>, announced on September 10 that, together with its joint venture equity partner, it has partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/cawdc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Central Armature Works<\/a> to breathe new life into an existing electrical repair and supply warehouse located on a 2.5-acre site at 1200 3rd St., NE. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hfflp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">HFF<\/a> represented Central Armature Works in the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development team did not reveal the cost of the project or a timeline for construction. However, it did say that it intends to take the site through the District\u2019s Planned Unit Development process, to allow for greater density in the area. Plans call for the construction of an apartment building, a condo building, street-level retail, outdoor public space and even a hotel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIn recent years, the NoMa neighborhood has evolved dramatically.
